Make sure you watch for infection! My dog accidently bit my arm once (small puncture) and it was infected in one day. Sorry you got bit
Rev's got a clean mouth Jer I flushed it with Bactine, then swabbed w/ betadine, applied steri-strip, covered with Hypafix tape, then cut a finger out of a surgical glove for a cot. Good to go. For some reason it's a little sore today.
Dog bites often do more outright damage, but only 3 to 18 percent become infected. In contrast, cat bites may appear more trivial, but up to 80 percent of cat bites may become infected if proper care is not taken.
