Hi guys, I`m currently running a prostar 500(magnafuel) pump in my 540 ci 69 camaro with the system set up as per magnafuels recommendation(with only 1 quickfuel 1050 carb and a 2 port reg)

I was thinking about changing it to removing the deadhead reg(feeding the fuel rail direct from the pump), blocking off the bypass at the pump, and just adding a bypass reg in the return line from the fuel rail to keep the fuel moving through the system to keep it cooler. Any thoughts would be good.
