Looks good Jay. I assume the tape is used to not ruin the body lines?

You got it John. We block up to the tape line (one edge is on the bodyline), then put the tape on the other side of the line and do it again. Like Jay said, it keeps the bodyline straight and crisp.

I've never seen this build thread somehow. I love the front end mods--that is one of the coolest setups i've seen yet. Outstanding! I may have missed it, but did you decide on wheel color yet? The gold would look awesome with the right wheel for sure and would set your car apart even more so. Gold sounds risky--but you are working at the right place to do it over and over. Glad you found a great deal on the LS3 also--that is great.

Doug not sure what finish ill be going with being around wheels everyday I change my mind every day it seems like. Haha
