Belly pans can aid or possibly hinder air current flows through the radiator and engine bay. I'm betting your Milan has one to aid air flow through the radiator. Adding one to a vehicle should be done carefully if it's going to go under the engine bay. Last thing you want is to build air pressure under the hood in the engine bay. That will create lift at higher speeds and cause cooling issues by stopping air flow. They look badass though So I say make it happen if you can.
