To me after all this , American Powertrain should be tracking this everyday letting Mario know where it is! You shouldn't have to work this hard if at all to spend this kind of money!

What has happened to me more times than I can count, is that the item gets to my area but is sitting on a dock waiting for a truck to pick it up and deliver it, especially if it's going residential. Many times I've tracked the item down and it's been sitting 5-10 miles from me for days or even weeks. In those cases I usually go pick it up just to save the wait.

Jody I don't think it's even shipped my card hasn't been charged yet. I left everything in there court in our last conversation . But honestly nothing would surprise me at this point.
