What would this build be worth? LS1 408

Below are the specs a friend of mine gave me on the motor he pulled out of his vette. He had an electrical fire and bought the car back. So no computer, headers, coil packs, around 10k miles on the motor. He ran a 120 wet shot of NOS on occasion. What do you think is a fair price for this setup? I am new to the LS game and would like a good starting point for negotiations. I attached a quick video as well for the hell of it. Thoughts, concerns? Thanks, Kevin
