John,
The only thing I would add is to reconsider dumps before the axle. They will make one whale of a mess under the car blowing dust, dirt, and debris everywhere! Just something to think about your car is too nicely detailed to deal with that all the time!

Both good advice!
Heres a video someone posted on Youtube a few years back of my old Mustang with 3" and Spintechs. Sounded cool, but loud!

Dynatech race ovals http://www.dynatechheaders.com/access_splitflow.html
The most frequently asked question about my car is what mufflers do you have. I've been told it sounds like a cup car by multiple people.
It's definitely not quiet when you're hard on the throttle but tolerable at low rpm and idle.

^^ Tim, that sound is so wicked man! I might have to check those out. Got any more sound clip of that thing?

John I have some 3" Spintechs locally I might be selling if you are interested. Here is what they sound like.

Magnaflows would be my choice. They are tolerable at low RPMs and cruising. You open them up and they are loud. They also have a large selection of custom styles and sizes. They are a good design that doesn't restrict flow or power.
