Thanks for the compliments. I have built 4 2nd gens and have always wanted to cut one up and put it on the ground. @DETON8R yes its roughly a inch and a half drop. The thickness of the sub frame. The frame is flush with the rockers with no pinch weld and the frame shoots threw the rocker boxes. The car will be a street car in the end with a ton of track time. @Syborg tt grafting the sub frame into a chassis is something we do at work on classic trucks. So one day fews years back sparked the idea for the Camaro. I don't have a lot of money but a little knowledge, materials and tools you can build anything. @214Chevelle yes i am building it myself with some help from my friends.

Looks like a great start and nice full chassis to build from, looking forward to seeing you progress with the car, stance looks great as well, any plans on rocker extentions or other body mods to enhance the "low" effect? Keep after it the progress will come, great work.

I know that I'm going to blister the fenders for clearence and give it the wide body look. I would like to do ground fx yet I only have a 4 in ride height. So I'm tring get get the best stance possible with out sacrificing ride height or drivability.
