67 camaro 327/210 on the column with a power slide. Navy blue with 14 inch rally wheels. Alpine cassette and 6x9s. Wouldn't fall out of a tree.

Bought a 71 nova 307/powerglide when I was 13. Tore the care apart, rebuilt a 350 and th350 in our barn, bought parts as my summer job would allow, painted it at my buddies farm and had a pretty nice car ready for my 16th birthday. Good times!

I got my license on Dec. 5. 1971 exactly 6 months to the day I turned 16. I had a 66 Chevelle SS ( I put more mile pushing it than driving. ) , I had the SS until April 19, 1972 when I found my first love 69 X33 Z/28 red with black stripes, console with gauges and dash tach and spoilers 16,000 miles for $2200 plus the Chevelle. I proceeded to abuse here for 2 years. until she left me.

Class of "73" Voted most likely to abuse a motor vehicle!
I still have the bill of sale for the Z/28

I had an 87 Camaro Sport Coupe with a 305. It ran great and I miss that car tremendously. I would buy it in a heartbeat today. I want to build a version of that car one day.

First purchase was a 54 Chev 5 window pick'em up, ended up selling it to go on Americruise with my brother. I drove a real nice mini camaro, you know a 72 Celica
I had so much fun in that thing, 20R with a 4spd and slotted mags...15.60 at HS drags.

I wouldn't mind finding another one...

1968 Camaro-77 Corvette Yellow with Black SS stripes/Solid Centerlines

1968 Chrysler Newport-It was my winter car. I bought it for $300 and it floated down the road and had a big old back seat.

What happened to the car after high school? Well, I still have it. The picture above was 1987. The picture below is 1997.

The kink below is the build thread.
https://lateral-g.net/forums/showthread.php4?t=36556

I paid cash for it when I bought it and it has not ever had a loan against it.
