I never understood the telephone buyer mentality of asking for a bottom line price without even seeing the car. Sotra qualifies them out in my mind. My first response to that nonsense is, 'not sure you can make an offer without seeing the car? I'm flexible on the price so if you would like to come see what you're buying we can talk about my bottom line.' Interested buyers show up, tire kickers jump off the phone.

The only time I would talk price on the phone is if I or the buyer has to travel a good distance to see the car.

I absolutely HATE when someone says "What if I give you cash TODAY"

I want to slap the shizz out of them. What else are you going to pay with? Personal checks?

It also pisses me off when they have the nerve to offer you 50% less than what your asking. If I wanted 50% less dont you think I would have posted it for that price?

I don't know why people get all sensitive and defensive about it. It's the free market. No one is forcing your to buy or sell at any price.

I was in the gun shop the other day, and a man walked in to try and sell his pistol... he got REAL offended when the owner of the shop made an offer to buy and would not give him what he wanted... he said, "How dare you put down my gun.. I don't do that to your stuff!" (Little does the guy know, it's called making a living).

The shop owner was MUCH too nice as he went on and on and on. Anyone who's going to get offended is just throwing a tantrum because they aren't getting what they want. They can just keep on walking.

As the title says, the cars a 94 caddy. Its rwd with the chevy 350 lt1 motor. Theres a little over 84k miles on the car. Highest available options package for this car.(leather, power everything,ect.)
