The thread died out around Oct. 2011, SO, I went looking for the car to see if it had been finished, and whata ya know, I found it I'm afraid the strain was more than I could bear.

Ive lurked around for some time and this site is awesome,

Good come back...........for an obviously passionate Ford guy.

Personal brand preference aside it appears this build is based on logic with the primary objective being an efficient and effective track day car. This sums it up:

It doesn't sound like getting votes at the local car is the owners objective.

Chris you guys are top notch.

I'm glad to see your building/designing parts on your nickel and not the customers Dime.

Passionate indeed, I'm a FORD man, But, as much as I love Fords, a nice car is a nice car, no matter what brand. I always say if everybody liked the same thing, it would be a boring world. I have lots of friends who like Chevy's, Pontiacs, and Mopar's too. The one thing I'll never like or get used to, is seeing something other than a Ford in a Ford. I know the LS is a great engine, and for me it belongs in a Chevy, I know there are all kinds of opinions on this, and this is mine.
