Troy just sells a relabeled Gibbs bottle. You have to sand it down, no product eliminates the elbow grease without the sacrifice of weld ability.

We have a part time guy that is from BARC (Bakersfield Association of Retarded Citizens) that keeps everything in the shop clean. One job is to sand down the cars on a regular basis.

The rendering is beautiful. Someone will get it and finish it the right way. Good luck and whatever brother Dave is going thru I hope and pray it gets better.

That's pretty awesome that you use BARC. We use a simalar facility for piece work. It's the best part of my week when I visit the Facility everyone there is honest and genuine.

I hope Dave is able to pull through whatever he and his family are facing. Good luck on the sale. I love the rendering.

We are in the process of getting the sale finalized. It was purchased by a guy who asked me at a show about build a radical 69 camaro or mid year corvette. I told sir today is your lucky day and showed him this build thread. He made an offer that day, sight unseen that was the eventual selling price for the project.

The customer has few of his own ideas for the project and I'm sure it will take on the new owners vision but the old one will not be lost. I'm pretty excited to see it move forward.

That's good news Roger. Will Ironworks be finishing it? If so, keep the pics coming once the build is back on.

That is the plan. I will see how much the owner wants to share. Alot of my customers now days like to keep somethings under wraps.

That's good news indeed! Glad to know the car will be built. Hopefully the new owner will allow us to watch it come together.
