We manufacture Camaro headliners. All of ours are made here in the USA, about 50 feet from my desk.

We've been selling them for quite a few years and I've never heard the issue that you're dealing with. Sounds like their patten is off just a little bit.

My issue is not is the center, it was on the side. That can come from not being pulled tight enough side to side.
