Id rather have a cage tied into the structure of a vehicle (sub frame connectors with and out rigger going to the rocker) Or the frame.

Not bashing anybody's product line. Just my personal opinion.

But better than none for a primarily street occasional track day car? Provided it can be reinforce enough to keep it from punching through? Thus making shoulder harnesses an option that add an element of vehicle control.
