Default 2nd Gen, 4-Link or Torque Arm ???

2nd Gen Camaro
4-Link or Torque Arm

I'm at final build phase and trying to decide
I don't want some hardcore, noisy "track" suspension
I'm looking for compliant ride, with great handling (aren't we all?)

90% I'll be street driving,
and the other 10% weekend roadracing, occasional autocross.

I've brought it down to a Fab9 w/
Speedtech torque arm or
DSE or Chassisworks 4-link solutions

Thoughts or advice?

Tough call. I'm not even close and I may change my mind before the time arrives, however, I'm eyeing a TA suspension. I'm leaning that way because it's easy to setup, cheaper, works, and my car will be mainly a street car. My 4th gen handled just fine with the TA rear suspension. I'm not a racer and doubt I will ever see a track day. If I do, the TA suspension will work just fine.

I installed the DSE kit when it first came out in 2009 (I think). I drive mine mostly on the street about 2 or 3 times a week to work and have been to several Goodguys shows and one So Cal Street Challange event. I've got about 15k miles on the car since I did the Quadralink and have not had any issues.

You have a pretty common question. You may want to review this link before deciding.

I did a lot of research on my 72 Camaro before purchasing my setup. I went with DSE, not knocking any other product. It's been put through the ringer and it flat out performs. Torque arm setup almost had me. In the end, seeing a lot of DSE "daily drivers" that were consistently in the front of the pack sold me.

Good luck finding a vehicle running CAC setup. I haven't found a single thread on a Gen II running it. This was originally my first choice.
