Default Rebuilding backseat from frame up?

I've stripped the rear seat down to the burlap so that I can modify it to clear the mini-tub. I've also picked up a new cover that I'll be using. I've found the foam pretty easily at a few different online places. What I'm curious about is replacement burlap or whatever. This OE burlap has some thin wire strips running through it.

Whats the best method for rebuilding the seat from the frame up? Would tying the springs together help firm it up some? I seem to remember seeing that online once upon a time but can't find it.

Also, any suggestions on a supply place for the stuff I'll need?

Thanks!
