The car pictured isn't mine. I photoshopped it. My car is in a million pieces right now with most of the body panels at the media blasters. My plans for the car are.... Keeping the original 350 (just to be different) and bumping up the hp to 400-450. Lowering the car using 2" drop springs. The brakes are going to be C5 on all 4 corners from Touring Classics with a Hydraboost setup. I am going with Intro Vista's 20 x 10's on the rear, and 18 x 8's on the front. You can check it out here http://www.cardomain.com/ride/556869 . It has been slow going lately because my work is starting contract talks (union) and rumour has it that they aren't going well so i am not spending anymore than i have to until we sign. I hope to have the car in the body shop this fall but we'll have to wait and see!

'72 that keeps getting put on the backburner. Life happens. Oldzzy, I was reading you description and I was like "damn that's my car. Oh and check out Dick Miller Racing if you want that motor to scream. He's local to me and does a fine job.

Well if by victim you mean a rendering, maybe we can work something out. I know the whole time i have owned the car (since 97) i wished that it would someday be good enough to grace a magazine like Popular Hotrodding. In this months issue i quickly opened it up and seen a 72 Olds in there and almost had heart failure to think someone beat me to it! lol But then i was relieved to see that it was done more "oldschool". Now i am not saying that my car will someday end up in a magazine but a guy can dream can't he!

T bell.. i have been around oldsmobiles for quite a few years and have known about Dick Miller for a long time but a guy named Gregg has done wonders with small blocks and especially head work so i might give him a try. http://members.aol.com/gregsperformance/

that's cool. I have a buddy that Dick did a motor for and it is well put together. On his page he describes a 350 block that he can build that will make over 500HP. And he's local to me and one of the big names in Oldsmobiles. But the Greg guy sounds cool too. I bought a '68 rust bucket that I am still contemplating giving the pro-touring effect. It will be quite hard since nobody (that I've found) makes sheetmetal for. I've got the scheme together for it and everything. Just need the money to fix 2 cars at the same time.

2 CARS! Ok now your getting greedy! lol I am having trouble getting the money together for one car let alone two. A 68 PT Hurst clone would be awesome tho, i would like to see that! I am going to the Olds homecomming show in Lansing this weekend and i am hoping to see some cool cars there.

oh yeah, it's going to be sick. With that factory green color with the stripes, handling package, EFI and probably 4 wheel disk brakes. I just need to find some fenders and do alot of welding on it.
