Tremec t56 offset shifter

I would need to offset the shifter of my Tremec T56 Magnum and I have seen the following product in the Tremec catalogue:

T-56 Magnum, 58mm rear offset lever kit (TUPC9643)

I have contacted same Tremec dealers but apparently nobody provides it.

Do you know how to get it ?
