Default U-bolts - what size?

What does everyone think about 7/16, 1/2 or 5/8 U-bolts these days for there rearend setup. I am installing the Ridetech 4 link and was thinking this would be a good time to swap out as I am purchasing new ones anyway.

What is the recommended size for my setup?

Ridetech said it didn't matter, 1/2 or 5/8, total customer preference however the 1/2 fit the rear end bracket holes a lot better than the 5/8
