Well -- maybe I "deserved" the other idiot -- since I was dumb enough to pick him without doing any due diligence.... But thank you and yeah --- super happy the way this is all going.

Thanks buddy! So does your pipe welding!

Grille and front axle and hairpins will all be chromed... Thus the idea that the spreader would be better painted body color. The headlights will be body color with chrome bezels. Super simple car -- just some paint and a little chrome.

The wheels will be "magnesium" looking in the centers with polished rims... and the knockoff spinners will be polished. Same as Tom Gloy's baby blue SROTY '32 (since I stole - with permission - the wheel design and builder from him).

It really only needs to knock GWENS socks (well and maybe a bit more) off!!

I'm going to give it to her for her birthday June 15th at the L A Roadster Show... until then I'm trying my best to keep the whole thing secret.

The amount of bling on the car is going to look great with the blue.
Did you get the louvers in the rear panel? How's about a rear bumper, simple tube or? Looks great as is, either way I don't think many will notice the details with Gwen behind the wheel! Has she driven the 32?

Nuff questions
Dan

Couple more.
Interior color? And do you match the top or just go black?

Very cool, I'm done.

The rear panel gets louvers

The interior is "red" but more subdued red not lipstick red

No rear or front bumpers - they're really overrated...

I'm going to give it to her - that doesn't mean she'll get to actually drive it. What are you thinking?!?!?!?!

The top is black cloth --- the body is blue - the interior is red.
