I should have known better...didn't you drive the R8 to Divers and play it off as "her" car!

I love the stance, especially the way the rear wheel and tire fill up the space right to the body line over the wheel. Its going to be an awesome color combination, the Red gut will really pop against the blue. I'm glad it going so smooth for this build. Thumbs up bud!
Oh and good luck with that socks coming off thing too.

Perfect dude Stance, color, wheels, rusty red interior. No chrome on the spreader bar, paint.

Just keep the hood closed.

Thanks Wayne!! My goal was "traditional hot rod WITH attitude"... I think the paint and finish will help add some attitude. Black is an attitude color - but I've wanted a "navy blue" hot rod forever - so blue it is! The red is just another combo color I stole fair and square. LOL

RE: Socks

Dude! I'm old! I'm more interested in a good nights sleep.... HAHAHHAHA

Thanks Rob! Do you really just like it because it's a Ford? :>)

The only time the hood will ever open is when I need to check the oil.

Well when you start with a better base it does make it easier. I'm not a fan of the deuces but I love the 33s. I really dig the Magnesium look wheels and the muted blue and rusty red. As was mentioned before the rear tire height is dead on. The windscreen and grille profile, sick. When this comes back from paint I need to make a trip to the shop.
