Because of the forms and cost involved. There may be other options, but the only that comes up when I plug in Canada is express mail at $24-$30 shipping. Plus you have to fill out extra forms, just not something I want to mess with. If you are close to the border and can have it delivered in the US somewhere I can do that.

You may be able to get the white or grey ones through Mac Ink at the store page.
