We were keeping track of the times best we could (listening to Bangshift Chad and using our phones/watches) and here is what Pobst did:

DSE Camaro: 146.x
Lingenfelter Camaro: 146.x
Ridetech '33 Ford: 147.x
Agent 47 Mustang: 148.x
Finch Camaro: 150.9

Thanks for the info Dave! I would have loved to have Randy's input on Blu!

It seemed to me that the track times were down from last year. Cooler temps?

Hey Karl -- you put down a smokin time in BB!

Yeah they did seem a tad slower eh? Didn't go last year so don't know the temp delta.

Good finally meeting you.

It was great meeting you too Dave! I can't wait to see your '68 running. Are you gonna make it to ASCS Fontana and/or Optima Laguna Seca? Cris and I are hoping to do both. Wished I had a 7,500 rpm redline!

Thanks Karl. Once we found out the 2014 schedule of events last week we started working on our plan and Brett and I spent Sunday at his shop whittling that final punchlist down to bare necessities to make it to Feb in Fontana. It might not be pretty but we wanna run there regardless. I love that Brett is just as excited as I am about getting my bucket of bolts ready.

You making both of those events?

Here is a video of Karl on the road coarse.. We had a tire rub & exhaust rattle going on... The thing that sucks is that the rubbing noise was un-settling the car when Karl was making right turns.. in the video you can see where he was correcting himself.. Today we found out what the problem was .. we ripped the pannard bar mount that was triangulated to support the side load.. Pissed off about that.. I know Karl had a 1.48 in him!

We rebuilt the car one week before we left to SEMA! We blew up the motor on a test n tune.. The replacement motor was a Crate LS7 with a cam.. That is all I could get on short notice.. Rebuilt the brake system.. Painted half the car.. re-detailed the compartment.. new transmission.. We were working around the clock here @ the shop! Got it done.. golden ticket invite.. had a blast this year!!!
