For the mustang guys a question?? can i put a modern double hump oil pan into a classic mustang engine bay? mine has the manual steering setup..If so do you have any pics of this setup installed..

Dissassembly has begun..
Removing three previous paint jobs..

Cowl is going to need to be replaced

Engine bay looks clean at least..


Heres the 347 and the TKO 600 that came out of my 94 mustang track car thats now going in the 67..

Mocked up the front tire ..wow thats a big sneaker...I think I am going to run a squared set up this tire on all four corners..

meh, you don't need to put all that weight back on. Box it off, close off the cowl vents and weld it back on. More room for cool stuff under there. Like the back of the engine.

As far as a double hump oil Pam, I think you'll have clearance issues in the back of the pan. Killer project by the way. I can't wait to see the finished product.

Update, ok I sold the 67 stang track car project, and i picked up my dream car finally, a 66 mustang fastback...I will start a build thread on it soon......here`s a pic of her yesterday when i brought her home..
