Wow! having been the owner of a number of '66 Imperials since having one as my 'daily driver' back in the earl 1970's, I can certainly appreciate all the time, work and artistry that went into your project! I especially like that color since my own Imperials have mostly been 'Deep Plum' in (factory) color. Right now I have a '66 Le Baron (Deep Plim color) and a '66 Crown Convertible (Royal Blue) that I hope to restore to good 'reliable' driving condition...probably a 2+ or a 3- condition. Wish I had the $$$ to do the motor that you did but I would be extremely content to just get the vehciles back to 'closely original) condition. I may finally have to bite the bullet and sell the convetible (named 'Doris') in order to repaint the Le Baron which is what I am preparing my brain for! (smile)
Anyway, I salute you and your team on the whole '66 Imperial project! you all deser applause for doing it the' right way' and making a vehicle that is worth of SEMA and any show on the planet!!
best of Luck in the future!!!
