Default Any audi owners...specifically Q7's?

My wife is looking at new cars and the one she likes is the Q7. I tried looking online but seems like the reviews are all over the place on them (either love it or hate it).

I was wondering if anyone has any real world experience with the more current model not 2012's or earlier.

Just got a new A7 TDI. Love it, but I'm an Audi fan anyway.

i saw one of them on the lot right next to the Q. That car is sweet looking. I was always a S4 fan but never owned one.

Doing searches the reviews are all over the place....engine issues, electrical issues, etc to people who say its awesome. So just wanted to find some real world experience from fellow car people.

Jeff-
Jeff, I love the A7 and wanted one really bad until I went to the lot, test drove it and saw the price tag. I was approved and everything, but the monthly note changed my mind real fast.

hahah, nothing like a monthly car payment the size of a decent house mortgage payment

That's nothing Marcus, my wife won't take anything that's in stock. She has to pick the color and options and this but not that. Part of the whole experience for her, "her" car built for her.
Do you know what happens to your bargaining power when you special order a car?.... still, this thing is a beauty! and most important, she is happy.

you take the trip over to pick it up/tour the plant? We did that with Volvo was a pretty neat experience, on the fence if we will do it or not this time (2 little ones now)

We did not. Wife's schedule a little too busy (gotta make the dough or no new toy). That is something I have always wanted to do though!

Our car is very new so obviously no issues so far, but it scares the heck out of me to think about how much tech is in this thing. Soooo many gadgets, I will never let this car go out of warranty.

I had a Q7 until we outgrew it. Loved it... handled like a sports car and got decent mileage (had the V6).

My wife has a Q5 and she loves it. We were able to get it cheaper than any comparable GM product. Audi service is amazing.
