I really like the srt8 jeeps. I would love to buy one but way out of my price range. So I plan to turn my wifes 2000 durango into something comparable.

I haven't pushed it very much as far as handling and braking but think my X5 was a little better in that dept. Although the X5 is a smaller, shorter, lighter truck. Overall for the price compared to say an X5M or ML63 I think you are getting alot more bang for the buck and it looks better than the ML for sure.
Thanks for the info Ryan, I should have one soon.

Was the Borlar exhaust the best you heard?

The Borla S-type sounds great, theres a louder Atak version that I didn't want for a DD. There are full cat back systems and LT headers that combine for some really nice sound. I was very close to getting a Kooks system but didnt realize alot of the full cat backs eliminate the baffles for the MDS system which I did not want to disable and hence went with the Borla axle back system. I also did the Injen cold air intake and Eibach lowered springs (rear only) which I'm not happy with I wish it lowered the ride height a bit more.

Yeah,....the SRT 8 is a bad ass machine.
I do love those X5's as well. I was behind one yesterday after morning mass. What a great looking SUV, especially with those super fat tires tucked underneath.
