American Racing TTII's offer notoriously bad brake fitments due to the inward curvature of the spokes and wheel center design on the two-piece versions, however there are both one-piece and two-piece versions available (at least there are in the 17's), each with their own inherent issues.
That said, just as there are many different wheel fitments, there are similarly many different performance brake options, each with it's own fitment dimensions, so you'll need to be more specific. Most performance brake manufacturers should offer wheel fitment templates for download of their particular brake kits, which you can then use to check or determine fitment with the aftermarket wheel suppliers. If you're dead set on A/R TTII's, contact their technical department with your desired brake fitment template in hand (digitally speaking of course) and ask them if it can be done.
As far as wheel fitments are concerned, the CPP kits that use their proprietary rotor with a deeper offset are generally pretty easy due to relatively small caliper overhang dimensions, but again, do your due dilligence to make sure you won't be buying wheels and/or brakes twice.
