We tried to stay in line at Franklin's once and gave up after 1 hr.

Ha, that's more like a 3-4 hour line, and you better be there around 8:00 - 8:30 am if you want to get through it. When I've gone, we took chairs and breakfast and made a half day of it. It was a novelty to do it once, but not something I'm willing to do regularly, no matter how good it is!

MSR would be in the August/September timeframe, so I'll definitely post it up!

Who stands in line for 3-4 hrs for lunch, and still has a day job, or maybe it's their job. Salt Lick was decent. Maybe I'm not a BBQ guy.

Can't wait to see the changes you have coming for the car.

Funny, 'cause that's exactly what I did, and I haven't heard the end of it! We ended up at Blacks, because Kreuz's was out of BBQ at 7:30 when we got there... The Weld went to the Salt Lick on Sunday night, and you would have thought he found met Elvis or something...

I've only done the 1-day group class at the Driveway so far. I want to do their 4-hour private instruction next so that I can be cleared to just show up during open track times. Have you been there before? I bet we can get a few local cars out for a day, that would be fun! I'm also looking at doing the Competition Class down at MSR sometime in the near future...
