Default Time For The Wiring

I'm down to the wiring and mounting the computer. Does anybody have any good ideas where to mount the computer? And possibly come though the fire wall at? I kinda have a idea but but was just looking for more ideas maybe from someone that has done it already.

I usually mount it where the battery was. Easy to access if you have to and it stays cool.

On our current build we are running it under the dash. Above where the parking brake lever was. Pass through is right behind the intake manifold using a split seal. 3" hole but 1" wire pass hole.

It depends on the harness you have. I drilled a 2 1/2" hole behind the passenger side head and mounted the ECU above the glove box

first gen is usually behind glove box for us. Just spent Monday mounting a GM connect and cruise- about the worst to find locations for. 3 components - harness wrap cut off and rewrap the the harness so it works. The fuse box is accessible right under glove box -
