If the Nomad came out kick ass you didn't waste your time. I see it as an evolution in skill production.

Looking good. You made me realize, I'm pulling the cowl panel next time I do a 2nd gen cage. The A pillars are perfect.

Looking good.

Looks great! I'm really liking the cage, I'm still on the fence if I want to put a cage in or not, but if I do I see how I'm going to do it!

Thanks. Remember, I had to pull the cowl to replace the roof in the beginning of the build so it worked out perfect. I also was able to repair a spot of rust right under the wiper motor(lowest spot in the cowl with no drain). Hers a shot of the Nomad in progress. Metal work is done and chassis just need a little plumbing, then it's off to paint.

There is one thing I need to start thinking about and that's a clutch, pressure plate and flywheel. I would appreciate any input I can get. Just remember the primary use for the car is Autocross. Thanks again.

Default pick your brain on that nomad.

Sorry to side track the thread but did you have to replace any of the roof section? I have one and would like to see what it looks like under the paint.

If you have time or info please email to [email protected]

Mark Stielow is using Centerforce on his latest build. No sure if an aluminum flywheel is in your budget.

Thanks!

My budget was shot a long time ago. I definitely want to run an aluminum flywheel. I thought I would do some searching at SEMA. I'll email you tomorrow on the Nomad. Thanks for the help.
