Hi guys !

As I said in my presentation, I have questions about Chevelle

First, could 17*11 with a backspacing of 4.5 will fit under a 1971 Chevelle ? If it don't, what modifications I have to do for put wheels like this ?

second, could an Chevelle rear axle be cut of 2.5 inch on each side of it ?

11" wide wheels won't work in back with factory shock mounts left on axle. If you remove, or modify the lower shock mounts on the axle, then yes, 11" wheels will fit in rear. Back spacing totally depends on your individual car and rear end width.

So the shock mounts can be removed from one our two inches without reduce all the effectivity of the rear-suspension ?

The shocks on these cars lean out toward the tire at the bottom at a severe angle. The lower mount is so close to the wheel, that your pretty much limited to a 9.5" wheel, without clotting the lip on quarter panel.
Your gonna want to fabricate a new lower shock mount, in some fashion, or purchase an aftermarket shock mount, and weld on the tube. You cannot move the factory shock mount, because it is actually part of the lower connecting arm mount also. Check out some pictures of A-body rear suspension systems, and you'll see what I'm talking about.
On the brighter side of this topic, I trimmed my quarter panel lip a little bit, and I have right at 14" from my quarter panel lip, to the inside of the wheel house.

Ok thank you so if I want to put bigger wheels, I should use the rear suspension kit from ABC performance with coilovers end mini-tub kit ?

Okay now I have questions for disc brakes kit from Wilwood ! Just some informations :p
So I am looking for Wilwood disc brakes kit and they say that we have to use old drum brakes spindles to use their brakes kit .. Okay but if I don't want Ah ? Thug Life or not ahah

yes, those will bolt to the Ridetech spindle. You may need a spacer for the top bolt.

The front brake kit will work with either spindle, drum or disc.

The rear brake kit doesn't look to be the right one but that depends on what you do. If you are narrowing the axle, use 9" Ford (torino big bearing) ends and a 2.50" axle offset and then buy the brake kit that corresponds with that.
