69 camaro suspension list.

So a friend of mine wants to do a complete suspension build on his 69. Im trying to come up with a parts list for the budget he has. Car will never see an autocross as we dont have any here in South TX. Mainly cruising. Being realistic as we know it will never beat ZO6 but would luv for it to ride like a new car and handle well.

Here are my thoughts.
Ridetech NA coilovers with strong arms.
Hellwig sway bar.
Hotchkis Leafs
Ridetech Q series shocks for the rear or hotchkis by Fox shocks.
New tie rods and body bushings.
