I saw it yesterday in the sun and the metallic really comes out. It was not sanded and buffed and my reflection in the paint was great.

finally got it home here are a few more pics. Working on the door latches then engine harness..dash..wiring

This paint scheme reminds me of my old Tyco H.O. slot cars from the 70's/80's.
