Default Worst customer service

Having enjoyed great customer service from DSE, Ringbrothers and even Fesler I am amazed at how bad Advanced Keys is. Hard to get hold of. No phone calls available and 4 hours between emails. They are obviously against replacing faulty parts but need to step up and figure a way to support installations. Ridiculous. I've had 3 guys try and figure out the issues and none could get help from the company.

If you finally give up and return their system. Try these guys. We have a system on a project and its a very nice set up. Most of the same features as Advanced key. but these guys don't sell the hole saws and answer the phones.

Btw, what issues are you running into? If you don't mind me asking?

When you walk away from vehicle the alarm triggers. The doors don't lock and alarm arm as it is supposed to. The push button start works fine. The issue is the alarm and how it operates.
