Does anyone remember a software a while back that you had to purchase (i think for about $80) and you could take a particular car and put wheels, colors, stripes etc. and design your car. I believe if you wanted another car you had to purchase it as a base to start with. Trying to find this and I can't remember where I saw it. Any help would be appreciated.
