Default Street manners of soft springed locker on the street

Hello all,

Does anyone have experience with a soft locker on the street? I know Ron sutton likes this setup for pt cars... Any input would be much appreciated.

David

What is a "soft" locker? Haven't seen or heard that term I don't think...

And I will be driving a locker on the street here at some point.... with a set of Ron Sutton's internal locker springs.

Yes... several years worth, no issues. I ran it with both regular radials and drag radials. None of the popping or other rude noises the old regular locker was known for, no tire chirping on normal turning through a curve, no rude or unpredictable handling. I have not driven the car on a road coarse yet, so to be seen.

Oh, and it definitely hit both tires when I got after it.

Michael,
Thanks for posting.

I'm trying to decide on either the soft locker or true trac.
