Picked this up from a member on pt....

Not as nice as I had hoped but it is going to get blown apart anyways.....


Started on the wet sanding....

Definitely a good looking car. I don't want to seem critical or prying, but not as perfect throughout as the pics looked? I saw this when it was for sale, and it had me really doubting my current project and what I paid for it.

Paint is real bad, I know it does not look that way from the pics but it is rough. Been wet sanding it but a lot of it is in the paint application not the clear. Will continue to bang on it and see if I can get it decent. Not a real formula, plain Jane firebird. Interior is okay dash is trashed...Has decent heads on it. Swapped the carb and got it running. A ton of rattles I need to sort out. It is taking everything in my power not to disassemble this and start but I want to try and drive it a bit. Should be a fun project. I miss my Camaro a lot.....

Seems to have good floors and decent bones one replaced qtr....I just think they rushed the paint job or it was someone's first time. We will see during the winter the extent!
