Check out the link. It looks to me like your harness is intended to be used with a TAC module, which utilize 16 pins. I'm surprised the car will start without this connection.
It looks like the Monte pedal only works with Gen IV engines and ECUs and i have a Gen III, so do i need a Vortec or Vette TAC and pedal?
