Default E-BRAKE Help!!

A friend of mine has an 04 GTO and recently the E-Brake lever pulls all the way up then drops down. It is no longer catching. Any Ideas?

We don't know what kind of brakes.... if they're Wilwood with the internal e-brake - then he should try adjusting them.

My guess would be in the latch section of the lever. Take it apart and peek.
