Yep you can buy a 430 and change the cam and. Cam say about 600 plus labor. So if you charge a couple hundred labor you'll end up saving about $500. I also believe you may have to tune after the cam change.

For the $500 savings you'll be giving up the GM warranty and taking it on yourself if it's a customer car.

False economy in my mind especially on a customer car
