Default Initial adjustment of double adjustable a-arms for front suspension mock up

Hello out there, first thread here. I just bought some double adjustable a-arms from SC&C (Savitske). They are the Stage II plus arms. They came with alignment specs when installing but but car is in mock up stage for wheels, tires, etc. so I just want to put them on for mock up. My question is, if I want to do this what should I set the distance at? They shipped with adjustments as short as possible and instructions said don't adjust past one inch for each end. I may not be explaining myself clearly but I'm looking for some guidance. Thanks!
