The one thing I find ironic about "Built Not Bought" is that NO ONE is making EVERY single piece for their car. No one is mixing paint colors out of nothing, skinning animals for their hides for their interior, shaping panels from steel sheets, etc etc. Everyone buys something that goes onto their cars. Be proud that you have the skill and time to do what you can to your car and enjoy the hobby with other like minded enthusiasts.
Maybe we should all hate GM, Ford & Mopar for BUILDING all of these cars that we have BOUGHT.

Good point. I was going to mention we’re all just modifying a product produced by a company.
I’ve seen a lot of people out here in Scottsdale who trade cars like baseball cards. They know nothing of the cars history or who did the work. Cashing in on the retro rod pro touring shtick.
Either way these cars have got a lot of attention and have been in the limelight for some time. That has brought out some real interesting characters.
