Even the rack looks like a work of art. Did you make that as well?

lol. it was originally a conveyor that was close to the size that would work for me but had to be completely cut apart to re configure it the way i needed it to be.i have had this in my head for years now and just did not have the extra cash or the time to make this happen sometimes things just line up and you change gears to make the plan come together. lots more coming up on this one!

finally! it is time to get some work done on the Chevelle again! fabbed up some pans to trim off the HPI. frame kit to help keep the turbulence down at 200mph. lol. used a manual bead roller with tipping dies then machined a die for punching and counter sinking the mounting holes and used a small manual arbor press.now to figure out how to mount them.

Always see neat stuff on which ever forum I see you posting. Nice to see you getting the frame table useable and back to work on the Chevelle. I need to find a ready source of cheap metal. Repurposing makes it a lot cheaper, and having the tools makes it easier, too. I'd say you have progressed very well in the years since you started posting. Thanks for sharing as always!

Default Frame trim panels

How does the bead roller make the panel recessed in the center without the outside edge being affected ? Is it the placement of the dies top to bottom or how they are machined ? Thanks
