I have 18's without a minitub and run a 245/40 18 up front and a 275/35 18 out back. I had a 275/40 in the rear and the sidewalls were getting chewed up when I hit bumps in the road. I'm lowered on QA1 coilovers in the front and Hotchkis 3" drop leafs in the rear:
