What a great weekend! Weather was absolutely perfect, good turn out and a bunch of positive people! Marty's Charger had one minor issue with castor on Saturday but once it was fixed it performed exactly like it should. For a big heavy streetcar still on leaf springs and torsion bars it does really well. Not sure exactly where he finished but he was happy with it and had a great time!
And than there was this guy....Dude shows up with a home built truck with 100 miles on it, a tool bag and a big ole grin on his face. The truck needed very little for the weekend and honestly, it just kept getting better! They both got faster and Sean's grin never went away. Sure he'll end up doing some upgrades but for a fresh build and his first time at one of the events....awesome!
Wish I had known this was happening. I would definitely have made the trip. Probably would not have registered because the motor only had a couple hundred miles on it at the time but would've been fun just to check it out. When do the open registration for next year?

I believe event timing was announced in December and registration opened for all 2016 events in January. Going off memory so I could be mistaken.
