For those that aren't paying attention Mr Weld finally mentioned the C word. Greg is battling a very ****ty form of Cancer that he just found out about after our track weekend in April at Thunderhill. It's hard to type about it and harder to talk about it. The prognosis isn't good but he is doing some alternative treatment that we all hope works. We can't lose you yet man. See you in Sept. at the Roadster Shop for the kick off of the Goodguys Tour. Kwhizz is forcing Greg to drive his LSA powered 66 Chevelle on the tour since in his panic when he first found out about the cancer Greg sold off his street cars. I love you man. Don't give up......

Charley, Thanks for being strong enough to say something. I was surprised to see the mention. It's been heart breaking and I have to admit that I am mad as hell about this.

Greg there is so much I want to say, but this isn't the place. You know I love you and would do anything. Don't give up. You are needed in more ways than you will ever know.

Charley,

When I was reading the Sonoma Post and saw that Greg mention the "C" word i was shocked even though I already new. It's still hard to read and I think about him every day.

Greg, keep fighting and just because they say it's bad keep fighting like hell and do everything you can to prove them wrong. Three years ago they told a fellow colon cancer friend that he had months to live and he's still here and proving them wrong.

I'm sorry to spoil you dicks death watch....

But I've already beat the crap out of the cancer. I wasn't going to go pubic with all of this but in my stoner condition / fatigued chemo brain **not doing chemo - but that is what my dear friend Pete calls it** I let it slip. My fingers still can't check my brain.

I am ORALLY taking Rick Simpson Oil (RSO) AND a very concentrated CBD oil. This combo is "my chemo" since there is no cure for my LIVER cancer that has attacked my drainage system (Biliary ducts) that drains the poison out of my blood.

I was diagnosed mid May -- given 6 months and sent home.

I am now symptom free and my blood work came back 100% perfect.

IF this stuff really is working = as I suspect and feel it is - then I intend to start a cancer thread here to detail what I had to do to get to where I am now. It's a bit of a nightmare and I'd like to have a known reference point where "WE" can go and get and exchange info. I'm 100% convinced that the RSO treatment is what is allowing me to carry on mostly as if nothing has ever happened. AMAZING RESULT!!! With many side affects -- but NONE BAD. Just messed up is all. So now I'm just like the rest of ya.

By the way.....

At the track - as I looked around -- I suddenly realized that there were three guys standing in front of me--- my guys -- that I love - and three of us have CANCER and the only thing that we had in common was CHARLEY. You've been warned.
