This cannot be stressed enough, always measure under your own car and I say this from experience, I had purchased my wheels but couldn't get underneath my car in its condition at the time, so the shop put them under another 68 also running the exact same suspension as mine whose rear end had already been narrowed to 52" WMS to WMS, well to cut a long story short, my frame rails sat wider than his and my rear end ended up having to be 54"... costly experience

great info guys.So what did you base your wheel backspacing on when ordering? Did you just look for a lip depth that you liked and go with that? it seems 5 - 5.5 is pretty common.

I didn't know the backspacing I wanted, But I wanted a lot of lip, I knew the suspension I was running(speed tech torque arm with a 9"), I knew it would be mini-tubbed, and I knew the style and size wheel I liked so I called Boze, told them what i wanted, and they did the rest, and set me up with 19x12 with a 5.25" backspace. The rear end was then made to suit.

I won't get too into depth in the process here but I had my shop measure my rear end(it was wrong as stated above), then they outsourced the narrowing to another shop down the street(who's work was wrong), and after their third attempt I removed my car altogether from both shops and Ambition road will finish what was supposed to be a simple process. I've lost months off my project trying to fix these minor mistakes. You're doing the right thing by researching your measurements prior.
