It is hard to compare ground clearance to stock. The ground clearance is really determined by the tire size and where the suspension is sitting in its travel range. The SPEC chassis does sit approximately 1/2" tighter to the body than a factory subframe, which probably answers the question better.

This gold Camaro has 4.25" from the frame rail to the ground at the lowest point. The pinchweld to the ground is 5.75" at that same area.

We have a bone stock 1967 30k mile unrestored/survivor Camaro in the shop that I measured for comparison. At the same location, it has 7" from the sub-frame rail to the ground. The pinchweld to the ground is 9" at that same area.

These measurements confirm that the SPEC is 1/2" tighter to the body than the factory subframe, thus giving you 1/2" more ground clearance at the same right height when measured from the pinchweld to the ground.
