Who are the best Wheel Manufacturers and why?

Donny hit the nail on the head. I try to spend my money here in the USA when ever possible. I don't have the open check book like some on here but I do save to buy/ spend money where I feel it's best even if it's overseas.

I wouldn't mind a cast wheel but strength might be an issue with high side loads. Like said above tire selection would also be a limiting factor for track driving, so then your audience would be just a car show or cruising wheels.
